option group wizard

When I add an option group to a form I no longer get the option group wizard.

How do I turn this back on? Am using Access 2000 SP3

Click the 2nd button in the Toolbox.
Tooltip says "control wizards"
 
Make sure that you have the Control Wizards enabled.
On the form design toolbar, there is a button that looks like a "magic wand".
Make sure that button is depressed.
