optical drive+ can you back up your system on a cd

can someone tell me what this means and what to do about it this what i have
in computer mangement under system

That event does not really harm. However, you can avoid that entry:
My Computer > right click the drive > Properties > Hardware tab >
select the drive > Properties (button) > Properties tab > untick the
checkbox at the bottom.

Most likely, your system won't fit on a single CD. I would not let any
important data to some downloaded software. There is software around
(Paragon, Acronis), burning an image on spanning CDs or DVD. However,
this software is not for free.
