Opposed to opening email attachments can they be viewed in body?

I receive quite a few picture attachments via Outlook and would prefer if
they were shown (even as thumnails) in message body. I am sure Outlook
Express used to do this but Outlook does not and it can be annoying opening
each individual attachment to view. Is there a way that attachments can be
viewed in message body?
Thanks for any help provided!!
 
No, Outlook only shows graphics that are embedded in HTML or RTF mail items
not attached graphics
