Opportunities

I just created a bcm database in outlook 2003. i tried to save an
opportunity and got the following error: The item could not be saved in this
folder. The folder may have been deleted or moved. Or you may not have
appropriate permissions for this folder. Right click the folder then click
Properties to check your permissions for this folder. I right clicked
properties but didn't find anything about permissions. I don't know why I
wouldn't have permission, I'm the only one who uses this computer, program,
etc. I can save contacts in business contact manager, but I can't save in
accounts, I get a similar message. Any other suggestions?

Is the Business Tools Menu present in Outlook?
If not, go to help > Microsoft Office Outlook and see if BCM is under
Disabled Items
