OPK Tools - formatUFD.exe ?

I received the OPK in hope of finding the formatUFD.exe tool. It's not on
the CD. Does anyone know where to find this?

You may probably get a reply in another NG more related to OPK. E.g., microsoft.public.windowsxp.setup_deployment.
