Opinions on P4PE replacement

I am replacing a defective P4PE-BP and I just wanted to get your opinions on
what would be a good replacement and why. I currently have 768MB of Corsair
2700 memory, Intel 2.55, and a decent GeForce 128MB card, all of which I
would like to use on the new MB. Any suggestions??
