Operiating System on faster Drive

I have two hard drives in my compute; a SATA and UTA. My computer crashed
so I had to put in the slower drive and installed XP Home on it. I would
like to boot from the faster hard drive and keep the same settings I have
now. What is the best way to do this?

Thank you;

modifing the boot.ini would
be helpful.

go to msconfig, boot.ini tab
and click on check all boot paths button.

hopefull, this will find the other o.s. and
include a menu line item into the boot.ini
file.

if not, then you can make the changes manually.

I do not have XP installed on the second drive. All I have are just
programs.

well, then it can be pretty easy

insert you windows and set a new
install to that other drive. it will create
a dual bootup menu for you.
