Operation Failed

have reinstalled Office XP after having used Office 2003 trial version and
now although all my files and folders are in place the send/receive button no
longer works, nor does F9 or the drop down menu. I get the pop up saying The
Operation Failed. Reinstalling does not fix the problem. Does anyone know
how i can fix it?

you can try to create one new send/receive group.

You need to create a new mail profile, for starters.
