I just started getting the same little error box when I try to start up
Outlook as well. It simply says "The operation failed." and then nothing
more happens. I cannot get into Outlook at all...?
I am having the same probem and looked under view, tools etc and all settings
should be correct. Turned off outlook and re-opened outlook and still does
not work. Will send messages but not allow me to receive.
