"operation failed" error message when Sending Page

when I email a newspaper article, for example, using the Tools/Mail and
News/Send Page tab, I am able to send the article ONCE. If I try to send
another article, I receive the "operation failed" message. I use Outlook
2003 for email.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
sound like a corrupt profile!
Have you tried to create a new one?
