Opening wrong internet site

When I enter a web site I get an unknown web site.

Ex. I try to enter CNN and it opens http://www.heavy.com/channel/85316.
I try to enter Apple and it opens
http://www.thedietlist.com/AppleCiderVinegar.html?b=6022&GCID=S15771x351&KEYWORD=apple+cider+vinegar

The only way I can enter the site that I want is by entering in Cached first
or if I enter the address directly.

I tried doing a system restore but my system restore is giving me an error
message.

I tried downloading adware/spyware and I can't even download anything. I get
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Please help! This is driving me crazy and no one has helped me so far!
