Opening word

On my computer at work when i try to open a blank document it opens up a
document that a was typed months ago, a colleague accidentally set it and has
know idea what she pressed but neither me or my colleagues can remove it, it
wouldn't bother me but even if i delete the text when i try to print my
document it still prints out the original text aswell as the new text but it
doesnt show up on print preview if anyone has any ideas on how to remove it
then please help.

Find the "Normal.dot" in you computer and rename it to "Normal.old" and open
a blank word document. Word will crate a new Normal.dot with default settings
