opening windows

when i click on a link, the window that comes up comes up
in the small size..i have to expand it every time. how do
i fix this so the window comes up full size ??

If you're talking about Internet Explorer, then resize the window
manually (drag the edges out), then use File|exit to close it. After that
it should open to the new size.
