opening video cam email in outlookexpress

I can not open the attachments my daughter sends me of my
granddaughters from a logitech pro 4000 video cam. She is
able to view my video messages. What do I need to do to
have outlook express allow these attachments to go
through?

On the Outlook toolbar, tools, options, security, un-tick "Do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."
If you have an anti-virus application you shouldn't have any problems with this
setting. Never open an attachment from strangers...
