opening up wordperfect files in word 2000

Hello,

Is it possible to open up WordPerfect files in Word 2000? I keep getting
small boxes where the characters should go. Thanks for any help in advance.

Possibly you don't have the correct converter. You can download one
from http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm under "File Converter
Downloads".
