Opening Toolbars attached to workbooks

I've attached a toolbar to a workbook and I would like it to open when the
workbook is opened and close when the workbook is closed.

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you've attached a toolbar to a workbook, you'll want to read Jan Karel
Pieterse's notes:

Make sure you read the section about "Workbook_BeforeClose".
