opening the file

Hi,

I have problem opening the word document directly from the folder or email.
The error msg is Microsoft Ofice Word has stopped working. Can you advise me
what has gone wrong and how to fix the problem.

Hi Tiffany,

Have you tried repairing your Office installation? You can do this via Help|Detect and Repair (Word 2000-2003) or Word
Options|Resources|Run MS Office Diagnostics (Word 2007).
