Why can't you reopen them? Are you getting an error message when you try?
Having trouble finding them? Something else? Please describe what you're
doing and exactly when and how the problem manifests.
Anytime I attempt to open a document I get a message that says that the file
is not available. This happens regardless of my downloading attachments or my
creating and saving a document on my computer.
Norton's Office Plug-In can cause this problem. If you're
using NAV, try disabling the Office plug in and see if that eliminates the
problem (but don't turn off a/v protection altogether). For more information
