opening problem MPEG Layer 3

Hi all,

I have a file according to it s property "MPEG Layer 3" but infact
this is a video file in another computer but when i play it i can just
hear like audio file.

please advice how to Open.

a video file could be compressed as Mp3 most videos are compressed as MP2

I suspect you are missing a few codecs.
