opening pix

Hi:
I can't open pictures that i received via e=mail. I sent them to a friend and he had no problem.
I have a compac presario system, use netscape 7.1
The message I get is:
downloading c: docume\locals\temp yys73ita.
could not be saved because the source file could not be read.
Try again later or contact the service administrator

I would appreciate any help, please send it to (e-mail address removed)
