Opening Picture attachments in Outlook 2002

I have a slight dilemma, whenever I attempt to open a picture attachment that
has been sent to me it opens in either Paint or IE and I would really like to
open it in Windows Picture and Fax viewer so that I am able to view the
entire picture on the screen. Does anyone know how I can set a default so
that all my images open with the Windows Picture and Fax viewer? Thanks!

Version of windows? If you save the attachment to My Documents and right
click on it, do you have an open with > menu? If so, choose Choose programs,
select the fax viewer and check the box to always open the file type using
it.

I have Windows XP. And I want to be able to open the file in Windows Picture
and Fax viewer without having to save it.

The easiest way to do that is to open a picture of that file type using the
instructions I provided.
