Opening PDF files

I have a user who is unable to open PDF files on the
internet. Local PDFs open fine. I can log in and open PDFs
from the URL address just fine. So...it's related to his
profile but I'm not sure how to restore this ability for
him. Can you help?
 
Try recreating their profile. Rename the existing one when logged on as
admin, have the user log in and a new profile will be created. Copy what is
necessary from the old profile to the new profile.
