Opening Outlook Reminder Box

Is it possible to open the Outlook reminder box on your desktop independent
of the outlook program and create some sort of audio signal when it does? I
am using Office XP Professional.
 
No, Outlook has to be running. And that dialog won't show anything but
overdue and due reminders.
