opening outlook problem

I have a user that when opening outlook 2003, the program opens multiple
times.
Having checked for faulty batch files and user mistakes etc. I have found no
problems. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have that person close each of the secondary Outlook windows first, then int
he main window, click File>Exit. See if that stops the problem.
