Opening OSK causes flickering black line on top of the screen

The new graphic chip seems to cause the flickering effect on Windows
XPe if the OSK (On-Screen Keyboard) is triggered. A black line will
appear on top of the screen for a period of time that OSK is starting
up. This would only happen if the XPe component "Windows XP Visual
Style" is included. So for my conclusion, maybe the graphic chip is
not quite compatible with the drawing function of "Windows XP Visual
Style"? Do you also find the same problem?

Do you see the same behaviour with XP Pro on the device?
If not, you may be missing some driver dependencies.
