Opening of files from within Windows Explorer

If I try to open a file from within Windows Explorer by
double clicking on it the file fails to open and the error
message says that the file does not exist or the path may
have changed.

Reading the error message a little more carefully it is
breaking the file name at every space so trying to open a
file called "Year End Sales.xls" would give errors for no
file called year.xls then one saying no file called
end.xls then one saying no...sales.xls.

If you delete the spaces then it opens just fine

Any thought as this is a real pain!

Thanks in advance

Just trying to bump this up the list to see if anyone has
a solution
