opening new window frame a frame (fp2000)

help
i am trying to open a new window from a frame window. at the moment i have another programme called voloview inside the frame, when i click on the link in the voloview window it only changes the window in that frame and not the whole page. i have used taget frame in other windows and it works
when i try and chance the target frame in this window it still only opens it up in the same frame, please help

Set the target to new page (target="_top")
- make sure you don't have a base target tag in the HEAD section overriding it
