opening "my computer" icon

hi,
when i click on "my computer" icon,"system properties" appears not my
partitions
it seems that when i dbl-click any icon,windows understands it as
right-click and choosing "properties"

help please,

1. Control Panel>Mouse applet. Check to make sure you have left-click
set as selector.

2. If mouse is set correctly, try a different mouse. If it works
correctly, discard original mouse.
