Opening MS Access database Error. Please Help

Dear All,

I think my data base have corrupted and damage. Every time i try to open my
Access file it gives me the following message "The Microsoft Jet database
engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to
change the same data at the same time. (Error 3197)
"

Please can somebody help me to recover or compact my database. I try the
recover toll from MS Access, but always gave same error message above.

The first symptom describes how to rebuild the database. Try that one.
