opening mail attachment attachment in Outlook?

I would like to bring back the pop up window that asked if i wanted to open
or save attachments. It would come up as a "Opening Mail Attachment" window.
I accidentaly clicked on, 'Do not ask' and now, i cannot bring it back,

Need some assistance.

Folder Options | File Types ... select the type of file then Advanced and
check "confirm open after download"
