Opening .Jpg opens Micr.Office App?

Hi Im so confused??? Iv taken administrator rights off and added a user
account for our Secretary, When we open files (guest account) it opens up
Microsoft Office, If i right click on a pic and chose open with windows pic
viewer it opens fine. Is this a root file issue? Iv had 1 other dos files
that their properties where changed also. Has anyone seen this? Thanks for
the help.

Microsoft Office what! If the "what" is MSO Picture Manager, then click
Tools, File Types, read the blurb, make your selections.
