Opening JPEG attachments - "Expand to readable size"

Does anyone know how to make sure jpeg attachments open up
at a "readable size"? Some of them are garbled when you
open them up, and you have to hold your mouse arrow over
the spec text until a little orange box appears, and then
you click on the box to make the spec "Enlarge to readable
size."

We would like to be able to open the jpeg attachments and
see them clearly without having to click on anything.
 
In IE 6

TOOLS menu, Internet Options (bottom menu item)
Click the Advanced tab, scoll down to Multimedia, and you
can remove the check in the auto image resizing. To get
rid of that annoying toolbar, remove the check below
