Attached jpeg files - cleaning image

I've attached jpeg files to my table. The problem is that the attached
pictures are not as clear as the original pictures. How do I clean up the
images in Access. Nothing technical - I'm an average user.

Use your image-processing program to process the JPEG... set the option to
an acceptable level of compression v. quality. You can get good quality, and
still save a lot of space by experimenting. But be careful, as a JPEG will
lose some quality every time it is saved, unless you choose "no
compression". Once you get the size and quality you want, save it in a
lossless format (e.g. uncompressed TIFF).
