Opening HTM and HTML attachments

When I try to open HTM/HTML attachments, I get a prompt to "SAVE TO DISK" or
Cancel. Is there a way to shut this off so I can just open the attachment,
instead of Saving everytime? Thanks.

Control panel | Folder Options | File Types tab ....
select the HTM file type, select Advanced and uncheck "confirm open after
download".

No. you need to save that to disc. I didn't think htm files were at level 2
security. Level 2 files need to be saved to disc. Level one are blocked but
can be moved to level 2. I think other files can be added to level 2.
