Opening hotmail in web instead of Outlook

I've set up another user account for my mom on my
computer.

When she clicks on her MSN messenger, "Check email", it
opens to Outlook Express.

How do I set this back to Hotmail, via normal Internet
Explorer?

My MSN messenger under my own WinXP user account is fine,
opens IE into my Hotmail Inbox.

Please help, thanks.

Greetings Gundam,

When you click on the 'Go to my e-mail Inbox', it will automatically open whatever your
default e-mail program is set to (or open Hotmail if you're using a Hotmail.com/MSN.com
passport). To change the default e-mail program to Hotmail, open up Internet Explorer, click
the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then Programs tab, choose Hotmail as the e-mail
program and then click OK.

I have tried that, and when I click APPLY, OK, and click
on MSN messenger "Go to my INBOX", it opens Outlook again.

So I figured perhaps I have to log off and re-log in the
user account in XP to have the change take effect. Turns
out, the change in the IE PROGRAMS, EMAIL --> Hotmail did
not stick. It went back to Outlook.

I logged back to my own (Admin) account, and looked at the
settings in IE. It actually is on OUTLOOK as well.
However, MSN Messenger does open my email as Hotmail in an
IE window.

More suggestions please... thank you
