Opening Explorer at a specific size

Is there a way to open Explorer (not Internet Explorer) in a specific place
and size for an shortcut? I want to have one open Explorer full width but
on the top half and another open full width on the bottom half.

The only way that I know is to open two Explorers.
Right on the Taskbar, Tile Horizontally.

I don't mind opening two copies, but I'm trying to find out if there is a
way that when you open it it places it at specific size and location.

No - AFAIK there isn't. Best that you could do is set up the default
windows size (in its Tools - Folder Options - View click Apply to all
after setting the size) so that it opens half screen or whatever, and
drag the second instance when opened

Now, this is interesting.
Close all programs.
Open two Windows Explorers.
Right on the Taskbar, Tile Horizontally. This has each Explorer occupying
half of the screen.
Close both Explorers.
Open Windows Explorer. The last closed Explorer will open half screen.
Open Windows Explorer. The second Explorer will occupy the other half of
the screen. The Explorer windows will cover other open program windows.
A third Explorer window will be half screen covering the last opened
Explorer.

Alex,
This contradicts your reply.
Does this work the same way for you?

That assumes that you want a tiled screen - for All windows. I took the
request as wanting something more flexible

Your reply doesn't have all of my message.
I said, "The Explorer windows will cover other open program windows.
A third Explorer window will be half screen covering the last opened
Explorer."
I should have added that the other programs open normal size.
It seems to me that reply "View click Apply to all" will affect all windows.
