Open Browser To Width Height Specs From Desktop Shortcut

I am trying to open a browser window like this pop-up did; a specified size,
no buttons / address bar, etc. I am trying to open a discussion group but
-=From A Desktop Shortcut.=-

The site, specifically:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
http://community.disaboom.com/sandb...lbar=no,resizable=no,scrollbars=no,menubar=no'

That was from the Java code. However, I want to translate that into a
desktop icon. As it stands, it currently opens a normal IE window when I use
the standard line:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
http://community.disaboom.com/sandbox/client/testFullClient.aspx

I want more of a clean, "pop-up" format. Any ideas?
