Opening Database

Hi

Strange problem which I have never seen befor.

eg. Through explorer
Dbl.Click DB Name or icon
Access opens (not the file ??)
Go to File - select file
It opens

All other DB's open after access on a simple dbl.click in explorer

Not a big problem - bit I tend to go with "it's either right or wrong" - and
this is wrong.

Anyone who has seen this before I would really appreciate some tips.

Forgot to mention

This happens on all machines - including stand alone laptops. So I think
there must be a problem with the DB and not the system
