Opening Attachments

Hello,

We have always had trouble/hassle opening attachments, until eventually they
don't open at all now, and cannot be copied or saved.

We run on Vista!!
Yesterday I backed up and reset the mail (Windows Mail) but no change; (

Can someone help.

Please tell us what Anti virus software you have installed?
Is the 4th option at tools>options>security, selected?
