I have a similar problem and wonder if you can help me. I can't open PDF
attachments in Outlook. This is in Windows Vista. The same "Folder Optons"
tab does not seem to exist as it does in XP

You have a PDF reader application installed?

I have PDF Reader 9. When I click the attached PDF file in Outlook, I get
the Open or Save choice. If I click Save instead of Open, I am able to save
the file and then open it in PDF Reader. But if I click Open, I get the
"Application Not Found" message.

this is the exact problem my husband is having with attachments also. Please
walk me thru the process so I do not delete anything I am not supposed to.
The steps include how to locate the file...what do I do from there? just
select it and delete it?

Thank you

Ruth

I'd simply use the OutlookTools application mentioned at the bottom of the
web page I cited to delete the contents of the Secure Temp folder, unless
you need to save those contents.
