Opening attachments in Outlook 2002 After Update

Before an Outlook Security Update (KB892841) was installed I could open all
my attachments with no problems. Now since the update I can not open any
attachments. How can I remove this update or reset outlook to open all
attachments?

I suggest using either the Attachment Options or the TweakOL tool.

....or you could uninstall the update...but that's not recommended.
