Opening an excel sheet but i don't see it

Make the sheet full screen, then save the file. Now close and reopen.
Is it full screen now? Sometimes, if the sheet is saved while in
non-full screen mode, it is opened in that state.

How about
Window|Arrange|Tiled (and resize the way you like)

Then save it.
