Hi, I have Windows XP. A friend with Vista emailed a document with thr rtx
tag that I could not open. When I asked the computer to search the Web, it
took me to a Microsoft web site saying the attachment was a Nokie ring tone.
What is up with that? Is there anyway I can get a Vista document without
having the sender cut and paste it into the email?

Thank you,

Apparently, your friend wanted a ring tone sound
to launch when you opened the attachment.
This is not a good practice as it may be a security
risk.

No, I just think she is clueless about this new system. She'll admit it! :)

I will let her know.
