Opening a file

Hi,

At work a project is connected to a SQL server. I brought it at home to work
on the Report part of it but I cannot seem to open it since is constantly
looking for the server. How do I bypass the search for the server?

SQL-Server databases are not very portable. That's one of the reasons they
are more secure than JET (mdb) databases. You can ask your admin to make a
backup of the database to your local machine and you'll need to get a
license and install SQL-Server locally. Most admins will refuse to do that
for security reasons.
