open xml - converter for powerpoint 2003 to 2007 ?

Hi,

I am using powerpoint 2003 dll in my vb.net project for manipulating powerpoint files. I want to take advantage of open xml format which is supported in office 2007. Is there any library (dll which can be used in vb.net) by which I can convert my 2003 ppt file to 2007 pptx. Later I can use open xml SDK for manipulating pptx file. I don't want to install office 2007 for using its dll for this conversion as it will carry cost on my client's pocket.

Is there any other way to solve this issue?
