"open with" option

Hi,
Today I tried to play a DVD on my laptop, and it wouldnt play with the
player it chose to use. I looked for the "open with" option from the drop
down menu, but it was missing. I know there is a way to restore this back
but I cant think how to do it.
Please can any one tell me how to restore the "open with" option.

Thanks so much but now I see I have another problem. It seems that the "open
with" option is associated with "iphoto express explorer". If I go to my
music and right click on a song to play it gives me the option to "open
with" anything, but always on other folders its "iphoto express explorer".
So if I want to choose another player for my dvd, there is never another
option to choose anything. I have tried to look into photo express to
disassociate with anything, but cant see the option.
Other than uninstalling Photo E press I cant see a way around it. I don't
want to uninstall that program as I have now lost the cd and wont be able to
reinstall it again. How do I disassociate this program please?
