I right click on the top of the contact and one of the options is "Forward"
click on this option and it attaches to an email which \i send but the
recipient cant pen it into their outlook address book
If you want to send that way, you need to make sure the message is in rich-text format, and that Outlook is set to allow rich-text messages not to be converted to HTML. Use Tools | Options | Message Format | Internet Options. The other person will need to drag the attachment to their Contacts folder or use File | COpy to Folder.
Alternatively, use Forward as vCard instead of Forward.
