Hi all,

This is our first post to this newsgroup and would really appreciate
any feedback you could provide.

We have just launched www.freegpl.com a website dedicated to testing
open source software in a live, business critical environment and
reviewing the software. If you could spare the time to look at the
site and perhaps recommend some more open source applications we can
test and/or add some valuable insight into our forum, we'd greatly
appreciate it!

Our Mission is to provide Open Source Free Software Applications
reviews and comparisons to handle business critical elements in order
to save on overhead and to guide businesses to open source projects
that have been tested in a live environment.

no visible link on page to download any software

Hey NT,

The actual downloads are on the review pages of the particular
application reviewed - that being said I think it would be a good idea
to provide a quick link to download the reviewed software

same here. I even read the site's section, how to Use freegpl.com:
Our menu is organized into the following categories:

* GPL Downloads - This is where you'll find the software we
* Latest Reviews - News on the latest GPL and GNU open source
* GPL Demos - Live demonstrations of the free GPL and GNU open
* FreeGPL Forum - See an open source application you'd like us to
* GPL Links - Other great resources to find and evaluate open source

But the only menu I find on the page shows:

* CMS Explained
* Ticket System
* FreeGPL Forum
* GPL Links
* What's New
* Admin

I did find reviews on 3 cms products some nice links and a lot of talk
about affiliating. Fwiw, have you checked out opensourcecms.com? Good
resource.
 
I haven't yet actually but I will for sure!
