open shared database

database made to be used by two users ; A and B .user A is the admin.user A
can get access to the database .and even user B can logon to it (using the
same windows user name of A) but, if user B switched windows to his own user
name .he ( and even user A) will not get logon box.just one messege will say
you dont have permission to open/run switchboard .and all other forms could
not be opened.what is the solution for this.( in sammury, database can be
opened only thru the windows user name of the user A which is the
Administrator. other users of same computer want be abel to access it)
 
Sounds like his Windows UserId does not have the proper access. Make sure
the Windows user has full permission to the folder in which the database
lives (add, modify, delete).
