Open "Search Results" dialog box

Good evening,

I have already search the newsgroups and Google, but without success.
Maybe you can help me:

How can I open Windows' "Search Results" dialog box from the command
line? I know that I can simply press WINKEY+F, but I need this command
so that I can tell my Logitech keyboard to execute this command when I
press a certain function key...

Thanks very much!

Create an empty file with the extension .fnd, e.g. Dummy.fnd
From a command line:
Start Dummy.fnd
or
Explorer Dummy.fnd
